(Menstrual Periods) - To recite the Quran while lying in the lap of one's own menstruating wife باب قِرَاءَةِ الرَّجُلِ فِي حَجْرِ امْرَأَتِهِ وَهْىَ حَائِضٌ Chapter: To recite the Qur'an while lying in the lap of one's own menstruating wife وَكَانَ أَبُو وَائِلٍ يُرْسِلُ خَادِمَهُ وَهْيَ حَائِضٌ إِلَى أَبِي رَزِينٍ، فَتَأْتِيهِ بِالْمُصْحَفِ فَتُمْسِكُهُ بِعِلاَقَتِهِ. Sahih Bukhari - BOOK 06 - Hadith NO 297 :: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دُكَيْنٍ، سَمِعَ زُهَيْرًا، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ابْنِ صَفِيَّةَ، أَنَّ أُمَّهُ، حَدَّثَتْهُ أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ حَدَّثَتْهَا أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَتَّكِئُ فِي حَجْرِي وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ، ثُمَّ يَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ.
