Sahih Bukhari - Book 78 (Good Manners) - Hadith NO (6184) - Taimiyyah Zubair باب قَوْلِ الرَّجُلِ فَدَاكَ أَبِي وَأُمِّي Chapter: Saying "let my father and mother be sacrificed for you". فِيهِ الزُّبَيْرُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ. Sahih Bukhari - Book - 78 - Hadith No : 6184 :: حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، حَدَّثَنِي سَعْدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَدَّادٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ مَا سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُفَدِّي أَحَدًا غَيْرَ سَعْدٍ، سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ " ارْمِ فَدَاكَ أَبِي وَأُمِّي ". أَظُنُّهُ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ. Narrated `Ali: I never heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saying, "Let my father and mother be sacrificed for you," except for Sa`d (bin Abi Waqqas). I heard him saying, "Throw! (arrows), Let my father and mother be sacrificed for you !"
